Infinix Note 4 Pro – Unboxing & First Look
Every once in a while, a smartphone company comes up with a device that intends to change the space it finds itself in. The Infinix Note 4 Pro is one of such device. Touted as the big brother to the Infinix Note4, the Note4 Pro comes with a stylus (XPen) and a smart cover, is full metal and has a full HD display. The NOTE4 Pro also boasts a full metal unibody design with comfortable handling. The antenna and sound bar have both been designed for an overall elegance and unified aesthetic.
The NOTE4 Pro comes with an octacore chipset to give which hopefully, should help with better experiences in gaming, streaming, or surfing the internet. The device also comes with 3GB RAM and storage is expandable up-to 128GB.
DISPLAY
The NOTE4 Pro has the newest Sharp 5.7” display feature with high color gamut – reaching 85% NTSC, which is 20% higher than most competing smartphones. With a 1300 (TBD) contrast rate and luminance, exceeding 500cd/m2 which together makes the screen unbelievably colourful, clear and dynamic.
BATTERY AND CHARGING
The NOTE4 Pro has an improved charging experience with the latest Xcharge 4.0 technology and large 4500mAh battery. It comes with 5V5A low-voltage DC charging technology which increases charging efficiency to 96%, compared to the 88% in NOTE3. In addition, a quick 30-minute charge swiftly replenishes the battery of your NOTE4 Pro to give you enough power for the day. The Xcharge 4.0 reduces the loss of current conversion and reduces heat from charging to provide better overall efficiency and safety.
CAMERA
The Infinix NOTE4 Pro comes with a 13MP main camera with Dual LED flash and a 1.4μm 8MP front camera. The front facing camera also combines the latest selfie filters to make selfies truly stunning.
XPEN
The NOTE4 Pro also offers an XPen bringing a totally new experience. Using Air command, you can customize XPen shortcuts anytime. Record moments and ideas in Memo, even in sleep mode, and explore your creative side in XNote.
A feature worthy of note is that the Xpen works for 40 mins with only 20 seconds charge.
CONCLUSION
The Infinix Note 4 Pro goes for between N65k – N75k in Nigeria which translates to about 13k Rupees in India and $190 USD. It is a decent device and for its price point it is a worthy buy.
